There are so many fun ways to incorporate kohlrabi into your meals, one of the easiest would be to make a simple kohlrabi roast!

Ingredients:
4 kohlrabi bulbs peeled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Cut kohlrabi into 1/4 inch thick slices, then cut each slice in half.
Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, and pper in a large bowl. Toss kohlrabi slices in the olive oil mixture.
Spread kohlrabi in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in oven for roughly 15-20 minutes or until browned.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, return to oven for about 5 minutes.
