For The Bowl
1lb Lilac Hedge Farm Beef
1/3 Naragansett Sea Salty Feta
1 Bag of Little Leaf Lettuce Mix
1 Baby head of Cabbage
1 Bag of Carrots
3 Medium Russet Potatoes
1 head of Garlic
1 Medium-sized onion
Sauces:
Cape Cod BeachComber Mustard (for burger sauce)
Front Yard Pickles Bread and Butter Heirloom Pickles (for burger sauce)
Mayo (for burger sauce)
Ketchup (for burger sauce)
Franklin Honey (for carrots)
White Barn Farm Cayenne Hot Sauce (for carrots)
Harissa Spice (for carrots)
Olive Oil
For The Harissa Roasted Carrots
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Peel and cut the carrots into matchsticks
Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, harissa, and Honey
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and caramelized.
Sprinkle with crumbled feta (optional) after roasting.
For The Potatoes (preferably in a cast iron skillet)
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Peel and cut the potatoes into steak fries
Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper
Roast for 30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden
For the Salad
1 Baby head of cabbage
1 bag of Little Leaf Lettuce
1–2 tbsp olive oil
Squeeze of lemon juice or splash of vinegar
Pinch of salt
In a bowl, combine greens and cabbage. Toss lightly with olive oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), and salt.
For the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium-high.
Add diced onion and cook 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add ground beef and break it apart.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Cook until browned and slightly crispy in spots (about 6–8 minutes).
Drain excess grease if needed.
Make the Sauce
Whisk together mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, WBF Hot Sauce, and pickle juice. Adjust salt or tanginess to taste.
Assemble the Bowl!
Divide into bowls:
Roasted Harissa Carrots
Roasted Potatoes
Seasoned ground beef
Fresh salad
Drizzle generously with burger sauce and ENJOY!
