Farmer Chris's Kohlrabi Potato Mash

The perfect side to any warm meal. Gluten-free and can be modified to be vegan.
Ingrediants
2 Medium-sized heads Kohlrabi
6 White Potatoes
1 Head Garlic
Salt & Pepper
Butter ( or Ghee or Coco Oil)
Milk of any choice
Thyme
Instructions
Place a pot of water with salt and a head of garlic on the stove and begin to boil
Peel Kohlrabi and Potatoes, and dice into medium-sized chunks
Place Kohlrabi and Potatoes in boiling water and boil for 8-12 minutes until soft, or you can easily pierce a fork into potatoes/kohlrabi
Remove from the stove and drain water from the pot
Begin to mash and add your milk of choice to reach the consistency you desire. We used about ½ cup.
Sprinkle in thyme, season with salt, and enjoy!
