The first-ever sweet cast-iron recipe was born from a memorable trip Farmer Chris took to Vermont, where he visited his brother, sister-in-law, and nieces.  One day, he hopes this very recipe will earn a place on Cast Iron Chris’s cooking show, bringing that same sense of comfort and inspiration to others.

  • 4 Eggs

  • 2-3 apples sliced thinly

  • 3/4 cup flour (King Arthur GF or regular flour)

  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or Oat milk)

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 Tbsp sugar
