*Why so much Spinach?

We have found Spinach to be a stalwart for winter growing greens - we don't need to micromanage this green. It seems to survive the extreme cold temperatures and gets more and more hardy as the season goes. Just FYI we are starting to plan more greens options that will be planted in our greenhouse tunnel soon, to create a more diverse share for you all as the season goes. We are also starting to grow our own micro greens for you all! Thank you! - Farmer Chris

Pick up is Wednesday or Friday, 10 - 5

Detailed pick up instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.

Share Add-ons!

Bread: 2 Baguettes - Iggy's Bread of the World

Cheese: Crottina - This cheese took a first place award in the American Cheese Society competition in 2006. Aged for three weeks, the texture of this goat's milk cheese is velvety and smooth, with a white mold exterior. It goes well with a Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc wine. We love this cheese with a dollop of honey! - Blue Ledge Farm

Eggs: 1 dozen Eggs from one of our local producers*

Mushrooms: Lion's Mane Mushrooms - this specialty mushroom has a subtle sweetness - believe it or not people use it as a substitute for lobster and scallops!

Mushroom Recipes! Our mushrooms are from RI Mushroom Co.

*All Add-Ons are subject to producer availability. As you all know, eggs are the event of the season. We are working very hard behind the scenes to source great eggs for all of our customers including our share customer!

And the Farmstand is Open for any edible additions to your share!

Farmstand Hours: Tuesday - Friday 9am-6pm
