WBF New Year's Resolution - get organized!

Ha! I'm joking but we have been able to get ourselves more organized in the greenhouse this winter. We will be ready for Winter CSA pick up at 10AM starting this week.

In this Week's Share:


1 bag of White Barn Farm greenhouse grown Spinach

2lbs Mix and Match

Carrots and Celery Root

3lbs Mix and Match

Potatoes and Onions

3lbs of Butternut Squash - locally grown at Tangerini's Farm


Provision: A bag of Dried Cranberries - our dried cranberries are locally grown and sweetened. A sub is of a quart of local apples is available.


Pick up is Wednesday or Friday, 10 - 5

  • Reminder: Add-on shares: bread, eggs, cheese, mushrooms and meat are paid for separately from the veggies share. If you would like to be part of our add on shares, please sign up and pay using the QR codes at the farmstand or HERE.

Bread: 2 Sesame Ficelle- The long, skinny, stick shape of this bread is coupled with a distinct sourdough flavor and a lovely crusty chewiness. It is ideal for slicing into rounds for hors d'oeuvres or cutting down the middle for a special sandwich. We also love it dipped in olive oil... Iggy's Bread of the World

Cheese: Cheddar Cheese - For all of your cheese needs! Slice it for a sandwich, cube it for kids! Grate it for garlic bread!

8oz. Narragansett Creamery

Eggs: 1 dozen Eggs Pastured Eggs from Pat's Pastured!

Mushrooms: Shiitake Mushrooms- Mushroom Recipes! Our mushrooms are from RI Mushroom Co.

*All Add-Ons are subject to producer availability


And the Farmstand is Open for any edible additions to your share!


Farmstand Hours: Tuesday - Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday - Sunday 9am-4pm

 

Pick up Procedures for the Fall Share

  • Pick up on your scheduled day any time Wednesday/Friday 10 - 5

  • Pick up will be in the greenhouse located across from 458 South St, Wrentham.

  • Your items will be self serve so you can choose between options.

  • Please bring bags and boxes for your items to help us conserve.

  • We will have a clip board listing the items and the choices in the share.

  • Please check your name off the list when you pick up.

  • Add on share items will be located in designated coolers or fridges.

 

After two years of navigating this public health crisis, we are confident that we can minimize risk to our customers and staff. However, all of our plans are fluid. We may have to change this plan if we feel it is not keeping people safe.
