Plant Sale 2021

It's the event of the season...the White Barn Farm plant sale starts this Saturday, May 22nd.

Plant sale hours are Saturday from 9-5 and Bonus hours on Sunday from 10-2.

First things first, Safety -

This is our biggest event of the year and we want everyone to feel comfortable when they are picking up their pre-orders or shopping live in person. The Farmstand will be more crowded than you are used to. We don't think we will be able to maintain a safe 6' distance so our staff will be wearing masks. We recommend that our customers wear masks if you have any concerns at all. The safest way to shop this weekend is to place a pre-order with our Online Plant Sale. Orders will be prepped ahead of time and you won't have to wait in line to pay. White Barn Farm continues to follow safety guidelines put forward by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the CDC.

Pick up for Pre-Orders -

Pre-orders will be packed and ready to go. Look for them to the right of the farmstand. There will be someone there to help you.

Forgot to Order Something -

We will have extra plants, seeds and soil available under the blue tent. There will be someone there to ring up your order on one of our mobile registers for plants/seed/soil only.

The Farmstand will be completely open on Saturday from 9-5. We can ring up one or two plants at those registers but ask that large orders be rung up under the blue tent. Most items will be available on Sunday from 10-2 for the bonus plant sale hours.

You may remember Bushel + Crumb's great pies from the winter holidays. We have two new delicious spring flavors:

Asparagus, Ricotta and Herb:

This pie celebrates the fresh, green flavors of spring. Crisp asparagus, chives, lemon zest and creamy ricotta sit atop a flaky all-butter crust. Serve with a salad for a light meal or it makes a delicious savory breakfast pie. Pies are 9" and offer 8 generous servings.

This pie is prebaked and ready to eat. (Can be frozen if you want to save it.)

Sour Cherry:

Deep red, slightly tart cherries are enclosed in a lattice topped flaky pastry. This pie offers bright flavors while we await the first fruits of the new growing season. Pies are 9” and offer 8 generous servings.

This pie is offered two ways. Pre-baked and fresh: great for this weekend! Unbaked and frozen - perfect if you want to save this for Memorial Weekend or beyond.
