Cranberry Sauce




Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 4 Cups Fresh Cranberries

  • Optional: Orange Zest, Cinnamon, Allspice



Instructions:

  • Rinse Cranberries

  • Boil the water and sugar in medium saucepan on high heat.

  • Add cranberries and cook until they burst.

  • Stir in optional mix-ins. If using spices add in a pinch at a time.

  • Remove from heat, let cool completly at room temperature then transfer to a bowl and place in refridgerator.

  • Enjoy!
