Spring Share 2023: Week 5

May 3 & 5

Follow Us on Facebook or Instagram

Hope you are enjoying this classic Spring day - sun, wind and rain! Keeps our farmers and our plants on their toes! We hope everyone was able to navigate their way to the new CSA area. If you are having any issues finding things, please don't hesitate to ask.

Spring in New England means vibrant greens! Plus, Beets! One of Farmer Chris' favorite roots to eat. "If you have an aversion to them based on boiled beets of your childhood, try them roasted. Roasted Beets are a whole other thing! Roast them all up early in the week and use them all week long. Great in salads! These are storage beets and it is important to understand that the spring share is bridging the end of the winter storage crops and to the beginning of the spring and summer grown produce." Hope you enjoy this week's share.

We are now accepting applications for the 2023 season.
