Cooking with the Seasons

Covid 19 has changed our relationship with food and cooking.

We are eating at home more than ever, cooking all the time. We are trying to maintain our health. We are trying to our give our systems a boost while we wait for our vaccines. We are all trying to eat more local and organically grown produce.

How do we do that at White Barn Farm? We eat with the seasons! Soups and stews in the winter, sautéed greens and salads in the spring, summers with absolutely everything and warm comforting root veggies in the fall.
