Bok Choi and Napa Cabbage Stir-Fry with Garlic Scapes and Sugar Snap Peas


  • Bok choy

  • Napa cabbage

  • Garlic scapes

  • Sugar snap peas

  • Fresh onions

  • Soy sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Fresh ginger

  • Sesame seeds (optional)


  1. Chop bok choy and napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Slice garlic scapes and fresh onions thinly.

  3. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

  4. Add garlic scapes, fresh onions, and grated fresh ginger, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add bok choy, napa cabbage, and sugar snap peas to the pan.

  6. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.

  7. Drizzle with soy sauce and toss to coat.
