1 bunch of fresh kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
2 Asian pears, thinly sliced
1 medium fennel bulb, thinly sliced
1/4 cup toasted walnuts or almonds, chopped
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
