1 packed cup Basil (Or your favorite herb)
1 packed cup Parsley (Or your favorite herb)
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest (optional)
2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup Bazilion's Olive Oil
1/2 cup of your favorite American Vinegar Works vinegar
Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper to taste
Finely chop your herbs or pulse in your food processor. Add vinegar and seasonings. Drizzle in your olive oil while whisking or while your processor is running. Adjust seasonings. Perfect as a salad dressing or a marinade!
