Cranberry Salsa

I have to admit that this recipe is based on something my sister saw on Tik Tok. I was hesitant, but wow it's delicious! We made it the day before we wanted to eat it.

  • 12 oz fresh (organic) cranberries

  • 1 or 2 hot peppers

  • 1/3 c cilantro

  • 2 T ginger root, or 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 maple syrup

  • 1T salt

  • juice of 2 limes

  • 4 green onions or a small bunch chives, chopped


  • Place cranberries, peppers, cilantro, ginger, maple syrup, salt, lime juice in a food processor.

  • Lightly pulse until ingredients come together.

  • Place in a bowl, mix in chopped green onions/chives.

This cranberry salsa can be made a day or two in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Enjoy this with tortilla chips, carrots/celery sticks or as a fab condiment!
