Share FAQ
Welcome to our Share family! We know you have lots of questions and we will try hard to answer them.
Rules of the Road

We will not be pre-boxing the shares, this allows you flexibility in your share each week.

The share may change at the last minute due to product availability.

If you are unable to pick up your share, feel free to gift that week to a friend. Please have them pick it up with your last name.

Any shares that are not picked up by the end of the week, Saturday, will be donated.

Please realize that if you miss your pick up, we will honor your share until Saturday. We cannot guarantee that we will have all of the items on hand if you come late. This is especially important for the bread share. Bread is ordered for delivery on the day of pick up and may only stay fresh for one or two days.

The Farmstand will be open when you pick up your share.
Pick up procedure for Winter Produce Share

Pick up on your scheduled day any time Wed/Fri 10 - 5

Pick up will be in the Greenhouse, at 431 South St., Wrentham.

Your items will be self serve so you can choose between options.

Please bring bags and boxes for your items to help us conserve.

We will have a board listing the items and the choices in the share.

Add on share items will be located in designated coolers.

Please check your name off the list when you pick up.

What time is pick up?
Winter: Wed 10-5; Fri 10-5
Do I have a scheduled time for pick up?
No, come any time.
Can I also shop at the Farmstand?
Yes!
What do I do if I am scheduled to pick up on Wednesday but need to pick up on Friday this week?
Contact us at info@whitebarnfarm.org to arrange a change.
What can I do if I can't make it on pick up day?
Are you out of town: You can have someone else pick it up for you. They will need your last name. OR
Are you just running late: We can leave a share out for you, just let us know and we will tell you where to look for it. OR
Just too many veggies in the house this week: Email us at info@whitebarnfarm.org and we can arrange to donate your share
What happens to my share if I forget to pick up?
If we haven't seen or heard from you by Saturday, your share will be donated.
Where do we donate to?
Currently, we donate to Gilly's House, Wrentham Food Pantry and The Living Bread Pantry in Plainville.
