Welcome to the Share family! We know you have lots of questions and we will try hard to answer them.
Rules of the Road
We will be pre-boxing all of the shares
We will not be able to accommodate any substitutions.
The share may change at the last minute due to product availability.
If you are unable to pick up your share, feel free to gift that week to a friend. Please have them pick it up with your last name.
Any shares that are not picked up by the end of the week, Saturday, will be donated.
Please realize that if you miss your pick up, we will hold your share only until Saturday. We do not repack your share if you come later in the week. This is especially important for the bread share. Bread is ordered for delivery on the day of pick up and may only stay fresh for one or two days.
Other provisions can be purchased on site when you pick up your share. (Winter: must be ordered online)
We appreciate that we have made many changes to the way we have distributed shares in the past. Know that these changes are to keep both our customers and the White Barn Farm crew safe.
Pick up procedure for Fall Share (Winter Share)
Pick up will be on the tent side of the street. Directly across from 458 South St., Wrentham. (on the Barn side of street at 459 South St.)
Pick up any time between 12 - 5. (Wed 12-5, Sat 9-2)
No need to text us when you arrive. (We will be texting 774-307-3315 on arrival)
If you are unable to or feel uncomfortable getting out of your car, please give us a quick honk and someone will come within speaking distance to your window to assist you. (Only honk if you forget your phone. Family members live in the house.)
Tell the farmstand staff member your name so we can check it off.
Tell the farmstand staff member which share(s) you are picking up: vegetable, bread, cheese, mushroom, beef, egg. (And if you have an online order)
We will have boxes on tables at least 6' apart when you arrive.
We will have your pre-boxed vegetable share on the table and will pack any additional shares for you while you wait.
You may take a box when the staff member steps away.
Our staff will be wearing masks, please do the same.
Please mind your distance from other customers and staff. We are required to maintain a 6' distance.

What time is pick up?
Fall: Any time between 12 - 5 (Winter: Wed 12-5; Sat 9-2)
Do I have a scheduled time for pick up?
No, come any time between12-5. We will be ready for you. (Winter: If you are adding an online order please come for the time you have signed up for.)
Do I need a mask?
Yes, we would appreciate it if you wore a mask when interacting with our staff.
Can I pick up my online market items?
No, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate online market pick ups on Wednesdays or Fridays at this time. (Winter: Yes!)
We can help you with in person orders on pick up days! We will have a station set up where you can speak with a crew member. We will pack your order while you wait. We accept: cash, checks, Farmstand CSA cards, credit cards and SNAP/EBT, please wear a mask.
What do I do if I am scheduled to pick up on Wednesday but need to pick up on Friday this week?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a change.
What can I do if I can't make it on pick up day?
Are you out of town: You can have someone else pick it up for you. They will need your last name. OR
Are you just running late: We can leave a share out for you, just let us know and we will tell you where to look for it. OR
Just too many veggies in the house this week: Email us at and we can arrange to donate your share
What happens to my share if I forget to pick up?
If we haven't seen or heard from you by Saturday, your share will be donated.
Where do we donate to?
Currently, we donate to Gilly's House, Wrentham Food Pantry and The Living Bread Pantry in Plainville.
When does the fall share end?
The last Fall Share pick up is December 18th. (Winter begins January 6th - details to come!)
When can I buy my share for 2021?
Our goal is to launch the 2021 shares is January 1st.
