Share FAQ

Welcome to the Share family! We know you have lots of questions and we will try hard to answer them.

Rules of the Road

  • We will be pre-boxing all of the shares

  • We will not be able to accommodate any substitutions. 

  • The share may change at the last minute due to product availability.

  • If you are unable to pick up your share, feel free to gift that week to a friend. Please have them pick it up with your last name. 

  • Any shares that are not picked up by the end of the week, Saturday, will be donated.

  • Please realize that if you miss your pick up, we will hold your share only until Saturday. We do not repack your share if you come later in the week. This is especially important for the bread share. Bread is ordered for delivery on the day of pick up and may only stay fresh for one or two days.

  • Other provisions can be purchased online to pick up when you pick up your share. 

  • We appreciate that we have made many changes to the way we have distributed shares in the past. Know that these changes are to keep both our customers and the White Barn Farm crew safe. 


Pick up procedure for Winter Produce & Provisions Share

  • Pick up will be on the Barn side of street at 458 South St., at the end of the driveway directly across from our summer tent location.

  • Pick up any time Wed 12-5, Sat 9-2.

  • Text 774-307-3315 on arrival.

  • Tell the farmstand staff member your name so we can check it off.

  • Tell the farmstand staff member which share(s) you are picking up: vegetable, bread, cheese, mushroom, beef, egg. 

  • Tell the farmstand staff member if you have an online order as well.

  • Your share will be placed on Table A or Table B to maintain social distance. We will tell you via text.

  • We will have your pre-boxed vegetable share ready and will pack any additional shares for you while you wait.

  • Please wait until the staff member steps away to take your share. 

  • Our staff will be wearing masks, please do the same.

  • Please mind your distance from other customers and staff. We are request a 6' distance.

What time is pick up?

     Winter: Wed 12-5; Sat 9-2 (Spring: Wed 12-5; Fri 12-5)


Do I have a scheduled time for pick up?

     No, but if you are adding an online order please come for the time you have signed up for.


Do I need a mask?

     Yes, we would appreciate it if you wore a mask when interacting with our staff.


Can I pick up my online market items?


What do I do if I am scheduled to pick up on Wednesday but need to pick up on Saturday this week?

   Contact us at to arrange a change.

What can I do if I can't make it on pick up day?

     Are you out of town: You can have someone else pick it up for you. They will need your last name. OR

     Are you just running late: We can leave a share out for you, just let us know and we will tell you where to look for it. OR

     Just too many veggies in the house this week: Email us at and we can arrange to donate your share

What happens to my share if I forget to pick up?

     If we haven't seen or heard from you by Saturday, your share will be donated.

Where do we donate to?

     Currently, we donate to Gilly's House, Wrentham Food Pantry and The Living Bread Pantry in Plainville. 


When does the Spring Share start?

     May 5th (Summer: June 9th)


When does the Winter II share end?

      The last Winter II Share pick up is April 24th

Can I still buy my Spring, Summer and Fall shares for 2021?

       Now! Individual seasons and add-on shares are available in limited quantities.
